These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Linkrium, a unified messaging platform operated by Linkrium ("Linkrium", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Linkrium.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Linkrium, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Description of Service
Linkrium provides a unified inbox that consolidates messages from channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and SMS into a single threaded view per contact, allowing teams to manage customer conversations from one place. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Connected Channels and Third-Party Services
Linkrium integrates with third-party messaging providers, including WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and SMS carriers. Your use of these channels through Linkrium is also subject to the terms and policies of the respective providers. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or content policies of third-party services, and we may lose access to a channel if a provider changes its terms or APIs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Linkrium to send unsolicited messages (spam), transmit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the platform's normal operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Linkrium and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Linkrium and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of the content and messages you send and receive through the platform.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using Linkrium, you consent to the data practices described there.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Linkrium if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Linkrium is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkrium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Linkrium harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linkrium is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Linkrium after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
