How Linkrium Handles Connected Message Data

Connected messaging security begins with accurate boundaries: Linkrium can protect its own access paths without redefining the security model of every provider.

Access to the Linkrium workspace#

Linkrium requires an authenticated account before private inbox routes can be used. Private application and authentication pages are excluded from public search indexing.

Workspace access determines which synchronized conversations a signed-in user can request. Public marketing pages do not expose private message data.

Provider authorization#

Connection methods differ by provider. Supported email connections use OAuth. Other enabled networks may use phone verification, a linked-device or bridge flow, or provider OAuth.

Provider credentials and tokens are handled as connection material, not as public profile data. Removing or revoking a connection may also require action in the original provider account.

Messages and transport boundaries#

The public site and API use HTTPS. Synchronized message content is processed so Linkrium can display the inbox and perform requested product functions.

Linkrium does not claim that routing a message through an aggregator preserves every property of the provider’s native application. Provider encryption, history, device linking, deletion, and metadata behavior remain provider-specific.

AI and advertising boundaries#

Public claims about AI processing must match the production feature configuration. Message content should not be described as training data, advertising data, or externally analyzed unless the corresponding policy and user control explicitly say so.

Review the current privacy policy before connecting sensitive accounts.

Responsible reporting#

Report a suspected vulnerability privately through the contact information on the security page. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt the service, or publish sensitive details before the issue can be investigated.
